The universal wafer butterfly valves we supply have the following design features: (1) Ductile iron body: ASTM A536 Grade 60-40-18 and Grade 65-45-12; GGG 40 and GGG 50; QT 400 and QT 450; EN-JS 1050. (2) Wafer body: The flangeless body, that is a flat body with minimum face-to-face dimension, is sandwiched between two pipe flanges. (3) Universal: the valve can be installed between pipe flanges manufactured in conformance with a series of international standards covering BS 4504 PN10/PN16, BS 10 Table D/Table E, AS 2129 Table D/Table E, DIN 2501 PN10/PN16, JIS B2220 5K/10K, ASME B16.1 Class 125 & ASME B16.42 Class 150, ISO 7005-2 PN10/PN16, ASME B16.5 Class 150. The drilling pattern illustrated in the drawing indicates that its ends are adapted for the through-bolt flange connection of various dimensions. In fact, this is why it is called “universal“. (4) Applicable design code: ISO 5752, BS 5155, EN 593, DIN 3202, MSS SP 67, API 609, JIS B2032, JB/T 8527, GB/T 12238. (5) Pinned disc: The disc is attached to shaft by using a taper pin. (6) The rubber seat is furnished with extended seating surfaces to match different flanges. (7) Malleable iron handle with position indicator. (8) ISO 5211 connection pad.
