ASME B16.11 SW & THD Cross

The drawing of ASME B16.11 forged cross with socket welding (SW) ends. A: center-to-bottom of socket; B: socket bore diameter; C: socket wall thickness; D: bore diameter of cross; G: body wall thickness; J: socket depth.
The drawing of ASME B16.11 forged tee with threaded (THD) ends. A: center-t0-end of cross; H: outside diameter of band; G: minimum wall thickness; B: minimum length of perfect thread; L2: effective length of external thread.
The ASME B16.11 forged cross has four outlets that can be connected with the pipe end. The two center lines of each pair of outlets are perpendicular to each other. The end connection may be furnished as socket welding (SW) type or threaded (THD) type. The crosses are available in straight style and reducing style. SW crosses are available in pressure rating Class 3000, 6000 and 9000; THD crosses are available in pressure rating Class 2000, 3000 and 6000.
