ASME B16.47 Series A | WN FF 900# 48″ | A105N

The welding neck flange with flat face (FF), 48″ Class 900, in accordance with ASME B16.47 Series A, is made from ASTM A105N forged steel. The flange is being packaged by sea-worthy firm plywood case and will be soon delivered to a Qatar client in Doha. This 48″ flange is manufactured through a open-die forging process (hot working). The flat facing is furnished with a serrated concentric finish, having a resultant surface finish from 3.2 μm to 6.3 μm.
